Cancellation Policy:

We respectfully ask that you provide 24 hours notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. You will be charged 100% of the service fee if less than 12 hours notice is given. This includes cancellations caused by access issues, refused service delivery or denied access upon arrival, and where clients are late to the appointment by 15 minutes or more. In the unlikely event the therapist needs to cancel an appointment, a new appointment will be rescheduled subject to availability or a refund given in full.
